Terms and conditions

The terms for using this website, taking part in research and making a payment. Last updated 29 July 2026.

1. Who we are

Accessairbility Ltd (trading as Access-air-bility), registered in England and Wales, company number 11321884. Registered office: 6 Bexley Square, Salford, Greater Manchester, M3 6BZ, UK.

Contact: info@access-air-bility.com.

2. Using this website

You may use the website for lawful personal, research and business-information purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at disruptive volume or try to identify a person from research findings.

3. Information and services

Our articles, research summaries and accessibility resources are general information. They are not legal, medical, operational or safety advice. Check important decisions against current law, official guidance and appropriate professional advice.

Availability can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Survey submissions

Taking part is voluntary. Submit only information you are entitled to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not name another person or include booking references, contact details or confidential employer information in free-text answers.

We use a survey response only under the consent given with that survey. You can withdraw consent as explained in the privacy notice. These terms do not turn a research response into a perpetual licence and do not override your data-protection rights.

5. Donations and recurring support

Payments through the donation page are voluntary contributions to Accessairbility Ltd. They are not a purchase of shares, a regulated investment or a promise that a particular project or outcome will result. No Gift Aid is claimed through this form.

You choose the amount and whether the payment is one time or monthly before entering Stripe Checkout. A monthly payment continues until cancelled. Email info@access-air-bility.com to cancel or query a payment. We will act on cancellation requests as soon as reasonably possible, but a payment already being processed may still complete.

If a payment was made in error, contact us promptly with the date and amount. Any statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy information.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Accessairbility owns the website design and original materials. You may quote short extracts with attribution for non-commercial research, teaching or commentary. Contact us before reproducing substantial material or using it commercially.

7. External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, security or accessibility and do not endorse every statement they contain.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the website or our services change. The date above shows the current version. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
