Cookie policy

Necessary browser storage, survey drafts and Stripe payment technology. Last updated 29 July 2026.

What the site uses

The public website does not activate advertising or marketing cookies. It does not load an audience-measurement service before consent.

Survey draft storage

While a survey is open, the site uses session storage in that browser tab to retain a draft through a refresh. The draft is not sent to Accessairbility until you submit the survey. It is cleared after a successful submission and normally disappears when the tab or browser session is closed. You can clear it from the survey at any time.

Stripe payment technology

Stripe Checkout is loaded only when you choose to continue to secure payment on the donation page. Stripe may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary to process the payment, prevent fraud, remember payment choices and support services such as Link. Stripe controls that technology and explains it in its own privacy and cookie information.

Strictly necessary hosting technology

The hosting platform may use short-lived security or routing technology to deliver the website, prevent abuse and keep the service available. This cannot be switched off through a consent banner because it is needed to provide the service.

Future changes

If we add non-essential analytics or marketing technology, it will remain off until you make a clear choice. We will update this page with the provider, purpose and retention period before enabling it.

Your browser controls

You can inspect or delete site data through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent parts of the website from working.
