Beyond Compliance: Understanding the Travel Experience of People with Disabilities

We are proud to introduce the report from our first research into air travel accessibility, which explores the real experiences of people with disabilities when travelling by air. Using firsthand accounts of the experiences of disabled travellers, this report brings to light the challenges, barriers, and opportunities for improvement within the aviation industry. Our findings highlight their stories and the need for more inclusive air travel.

We invite you to explore our comprehensive report, where we share key insights and recommendations to drive meaningful change.

Neurodiversity in Air Travel

This report explores how airlines and airports can better support passengers with autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. These conditions affect up to 20% of the population yet often go unrecognised in travel settings. Drawing on best practices, case studies, and regulatory frameworks, it identifies barriers across each stage of the journey, from booking to disembarkation, and proposes clear short-, medium-, and long-term solutions. With practical guidance for staff training, inclusive design, and passenger communication, the report outlines a compelling business case for embedding neurodiversity into aviation strategy.
